  • Created five year developmental counseling program including learning assessments, career interest profiles, personality type testing, and comprehensive college counseling for juniors and seniors and their parents.
  • Supervised computerization of office procedures, data management, and creation of college counseling webpages. 
  • Presented a series of programs for parents of freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior students.  Created college counseling seminar series for juniors.
  • Published College Counseling Guidebook, monthly parent and student newsletters, and dozens of handouts covering all aspects of the college admissions process.

  • Attended counselor campus visit programs in New England, Mid-Atlantic, the South, the Pacific Northwest, Mid-west, and California.  Independently visited over 100 colleges.
